The article presents a brief analysis of Federal laws, administrative authority, the rules of the accreditation in the different spheres of government, shows the shortcomings of the existing accreditation systems, the absence of General principles of the activities of state bodies. Part of the accreditation systems established in recent years, they used the experience of accreditation mill in Western Europe. On the basis of such examples of features that can be applied to the notion of “government accreditation”.
