For young people, those changes gave room to new cultural practices that evidenced the arising of new values and the rejection of the inherited social and cultural models. While the events of May 68 in France were considered as the emblem of a generation that took rebelliousness as its standard, in Argentina these new cultural expressions coincided with a period of mass mobilizations without precedent. This scenery was also conformed by the emerging of several left-wing political-military organizations, whose postulates attracted important sectors of the youth longing for emancipation that joined them. This insertion implied for them important changes in their behaviours, due to the fact that in the process of the development of the their collective identities, these organizations appealed not only to a universe of symbols that guaranteed group cohesion, but also to a group of moral norms oriented to the internal discipline.
