| Sumario: | <p>The lack of job opportunities as employee for youth people, and the high rates of unemployment, higher than European average, are indicators that young people have to take account young to value the entrepreneurship as a mean of inclusion, or maintenance in the labor market. In this sense, the entrepreneurial spirit of young Spanish people is below the European average, so it´s necessary the diffusion of the benefits of entrepreneurship, such as the possibility of obtaining stable and quality jobs more according to the training received, as well as its support.</p> <p>But not only has to be valued the option to undertake alone, but it is also possible in a collective venture, paying special attention in this work to labour managed firms, and the role they can play in them. These companies require at least three partners for the creation of both, an employee-owned company, as an associated labour cooperative.</p> <p>In this context, we study the perception of the entrepreneurship, and labour managed firms, among university students from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and the initiatives that are being carried out from this institution to promote, disseminate and support these entrepreneurial initiatives.</p> |
