In this sense, the entrepreneurial spirit of young Spanish people is below the European average, so it´s necessary the diffusion of the benefits of entrepreneurship, such as the possibility of obtaining stable and quality jobs more according to the training received, as well as its support.</p> <p>But not only has to be valued the option to undertake alone, but it is also possible in a collective venture, paying special attention in this work to labour managed firms, and the role they can play in them.
