To do so, the methodology used was the case study, through data collection through in-depth interview, using a semi-structured script with open questions, elaborated from the theoretical approaches about the themes of creative cities and social innovation. Members of the Vila Flores cultural association were interviewed: they are the cultural manager, the patrimonial manager and two resident projects. Considering the research of qualitative approach, through in-depth interviews, marked by a script of semi-structured questions. Among the results, it was possible to observe that both the organizational format of the Vila Flores collective, as well as the actions developed, are in part related to social innovation indicators.
