However, it is one of the important activities performed by tourists. The characteristics of places such as shops, bazaars and shopping centers that serve tourism in destinations are important factors on the level of satisfaction of tourists in their shopping experiences. This research was conducted to determine the satisfaction levels of tourists visiting Marmaris. The population of the study consists of foreign tourists visiting Marmaris and shopping. According to the results of the research, while tourists find the physical characteristics and product characteristics and accessibility of shopping places most relevant to shopping places in their shopping experiences; they find communication with the customer less adequate.
