The significance of these projects will be preserved in the XXI century. Analysis of the present state of infrastructure, manufacturing, agriculture, innovative engineering, ecology, demography, living standards of the unique region allowed the author to identify different courses for the diversification of production in the region and to justify the idea of the Siberia development as a region’s arrangement of the Russia’s strategic territorial.V.
