A sample of 200 students a nd 52 professors from four PPG of a Public Institution of Higher Education participated in the study. The factors selected for this study were: interpersonal relationships; management; involvement/commitment; organization and working conditions; and achiev ement/satisfaction. Data analysis showed that factors such as interpersonal relationships, management, involvement/commitment, and achievement/satisfaction had a higher level of satisfaction between the subjects studied.
