Résumé:The article determined that experimental acute pancreatitis in guinea-pigs was initially characterized by microcirculation disorders with further damage of parenchyma and stroma of the organ. Obtained, results confirm. primary vascular lesions with development ischemic symptom complex at the acute pancreatitis, that testifies to the necessity of further studies on the effectiveness of use of antioxidants at this pathology.
