Esta desaz&oacute;n es pertinente y hay que estar atento a ello, pero en este texto se argumenta contra el simplismo determinista que suele conectar, sobre el papel, formaci&oacute;n y mercado de trabajo. Conexi&oacute;n directa y lineal al parecer libre de toda otra influencia y otro tipo de intervenci&oacute;n pero en la que se soslaya la capacidad de los estudiantes, futuros profesionales, para incorporar los saberes a sus respectivas subjetividades y a utilizarlos en los espacios laborales de acuerdo con una serie de variables contingentes relacionadas con las futuras situaciones que devendr&aacute;n para ellos. Estas p&aacute;ginas se dedican, de acuerdo con estos planteamientos, a dar cuenta organizada, de aquellas series de competencias que determinados profesionales, han identificado como las propias y fundamentales a la hora de laborar en sus escenarios laborales, instituciones de servicios y organizaciones comunitarias.</span></p><p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p><span lang="EN-GB"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: x-small;">There is a certain restlessness in some university teachers of the training being promoted through the Higher Education European Space is designed and materialized as oriented to enterprises. This uneasiness is appropriate and an eye should be kept on it, but this text argues against determinist simplicity that often links on paper, formation and labour market. Linear and direct connection and apparently free from any other influence and any other type of intervention that anyway seems to elude students&acute; capability, those who are future professionals, to incorporate their knowledge to their respective subjectivities and to use them in labour contexts according to a group of contingent variables<span>&nbsp; </span>related to future situations that will happen to them.
