Sumario: | Managing the relationship with the public has become one of the most important challenges that institutions face, especially in light of the competitive conditions in the business environment, this requires it to mobilize its efforts and manage its performance in order to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction, thus, most of them tend to adopt methods and mechanisms that enable them to do so, including public relations as a basic pillar through which it can improve its relations, by drawing a positive image of it based on mutual trust, through its activities and practices that reflect its commitment to its social responsibility and its contributions to the well-being of society.
