Sumario:The aim of this study is to determine validity and reliability of Intellectual Capital Scale on Top 1000 Industrial Enterprises in Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO). Study was carried out with 213 enterprises, which were attained by the exact counting method from the list of ISO Top 1000 Industrial Enterprises. Intellectual Capital Survey consists of 14 items and human capital, social capital and structural capital sub-dimensions. Aboard study, reliability analysis, explanatory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, AVE (avarage variance extracted) and CR (compound reliability) values of the Intellectual Capital Scale which is customized to Turkish were performed. As a result of explanatory factor analysis, Intellectual Capital Scale is
