Intellectual Capital Survey consists of 14 items and human capital, social capital and structural capital sub-dimensions. Aboard study, reliability analysis, explanatory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, AVE (avarage variance extracted) and CR (compound reliability) values of the Intellectual Capital Scale which is customized to Turkish were performed.
