Summary: | In this study, a simple and feasible method was proposed to prepare copper(Cu) nanoparticles (Cu@CEW) using egg albumin (CEW) as stabilizer and biological template, and it made a preliminary exploration on the application of computed tomography (CT). Under mild experimental conditions, the average particle size of uniformly dispersed Cu@CEW synthesized by one-pot method is 4.62 nm. The stability test show that the prepared Cu@CEW have better dispersion and stability in multi-solution system, and there are no aggregation and sedimentation after 7 d of storage. At the same time, the biotoxicity test show that Cu@CEW have excellent biocompatibility, and under the experimental condition that human lung cancer cells A549 are co-incubated with 30 μg·mL-1 Cu@CEW for 48 h, A549 cells maintain a high survival rate. Compared with the clinical contrast agent iohexol, Cu@CEW have obvious CT-enhanced imaging effect. This provides a new idea for the synthesis and application of metallic copper nanomaterials. |
