Ocular manifestations of sarcoid uveitis vary enormously and commonly characterized by granulomatous anterior uveitis, intermediate uveitis, and posterior uveitis such as retinal periphlebitis, choroiditis, optic nerve granuloma and papillitis. However, case reports of multiple granuloma formation related to sarcoid uveitis is uncommon.
