Sumario:Today, productivity in every field of life is a highly important issue. The planned work is directly proportional to the quality of the work to be performed efficiently and timely. Organizations are turning to outsourcing in a variety of ways. Car Rental is one of them. Especially in an organization with offices spread out across the country or units, to be distributed to the relevant units of the leased vehicle lease and this emerges as a significant problem. The private sector and the public sector, use of outsourcing as an important tool in resource-saving and improving organizational performance. An institution throughout Turkey in different units, these units and renting a car for them to find the optimum solution to the problem of dispatching, is contributes to both vehicle and labor productivity and also is of great importance in terms of cost minimization. The main aim of this research, car rentals and optimization refers to the problem of deploying units. As a result of this study is expected of cost minimization, to increase labour and machine productivity along with an increase in overall organizational performance. Within the scope of this aim; 81 distributed, including information about the type and number of vehicles that will be relevant directorates and is taken from the problem in a way that meets the needs model was established. The remainder of the data, and an optimization problem has been analyzed by using LINDO and WinQSB package program and has been solved in a comparative way. Accordingly, according to the current release, every two program packages made with the use of reduces the costs of distribution, it has shown that WinQSB has a comparative advantage.
