Each lesion must be evaluated individually for treatment, which consists in microsurgical resection in most cases. A 59-year-old woman presented with neurological symptoms from different anatomical site. Two extra-axial tumors of different location, at right sphenoid wing and the other in the tuberculum sellae were identified.
