It also serves as an information, education, and communication (IEC) tool for its users. The MASDAN Monitoring Interface is a centralized citizen report assessment tool for local authorities and environmental agencies to validate and monitor environmental reports within their area of jurisdiction. These two components create a two-way flow of information between citizens and authorities, ensuring prompt and information-driven actions to environmental issues affecting the Manila Bay and linked environments.G.
