The activities of civil society itself in the field of ensuring of military security and strengthening patriotism are still unproductive due to its disunity and social amorphism. Effective symbiosis of the efforts of civil society and state authorities in the strengthening ofthe country’s military security requires balanced and reasonable steps on both sides.
