Sumario:In this article, what was done in order to corrupt and differentiate the language in the geography of Turkestan under the invasion of Russia, what kind of social reactions were and the reactions to this movement by Jadids who were affluent in the region will be studied. Starting with the Tsarist Period the policy of russification the population and the language in the geography of Turkestan consisted of planning towards the alienation the Turkish people from each other in Turkestan Geography. As for in the period of USSR, this policy based on the expansion of Russian Language was successful to a great extend in a systematic way up until the end of The Cold War. In this study, Language Planning Concept will be explained and what were done in terms of Language Planning and the reactions to this process by Jadid Movement will be studied.
