Starting with the Tsarist Period the policy of russification the population and the language in the geography of Turkestan consisted of planning towards the alienation the Turkish people from each other in Turkestan Geography. As for in the period of USSR, this policy based on the expansion of Russian Language was successful to a great extend in a systematic way up until the end of The Cold War.
