Sumario:We conducted a multi-institutional study in Taiwan and a systematic review of the literature for reports of Guillain-​Barré syndrome after coronavirus disease vaccination. This condition, mostly the classic form and the acute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy subtype, has been reported in 39 cases and has occurred within 2 weeks of vaccine administration.
