Often the methods of evaluation of effectiveness include additional indicators, reflecting industry-specific organizations. Such indicators include the reduction of logistics costs, reducing the cost of maintenance of warehouses, reduction in seasonal staff. The traditional criteria of efficiency of outsourcing is simple in definition, but have several serious short comings that limit their use.
