Considered from this point imece culture is perhaps one of the most important cultures of Anatolia. In the classical teachings, Turkey is considered as "an agriculture and animal husbandry country", perhaps because of this feature, the communal work culture (imece) providing the labor collective in the process of public production. Daily needs of the rural residential areas mandates solidarity and awareness to collective bargaining have created the communal work culture (imece) which is a part of social sustainability.
