This program is different from traditional face to face in-service training and it implies constructivist perspective as a modern educational philosophy through interactive online training. A total of the 2581 primary school teachers participated in these programs who are working for the state primary schools in Denizli, Izmir and Afyon provinces. Teachers’ specialty areas consist of the kindergarten level, class teacher, Turkish, Mathematics, Science and Technology, and Social Studies areas. After a need assessment and a pilot study were conducted within the framework of the project, educational content of ICISTP was constructed. Using experimental research method, the effectiveness of an interactive constructivist in-service training programs was examined by teachers’ participation in pre-and post-tests. As a result, primary school teachers' educational success level increased after taking interactive constructivist in-service training programs. The teachers who were female, new starters, highly educated were more successful than other teachers. On the other hand, teachers' educational success level changed based on their specialty areas. As a result, teachers from various subject areas, ages and experiences were benefited from ICISTP in-service training and satisfied from this education.
