Sumario:Crisis, which every institution may be subjected to, applies to both public administration and state institutions and organizations that operate within the structure. As public administration has a different nature from other sectors, any crises might have various effects and significance in terms of content and effect level. These facts characterize crisis management in public administration as a non-negligible separate field that needs to be evaluated multi dimensionally by examining in detail. This study is prompted by this necessity and focuses on the crisis management and crisis management process in line with the
