Sumario:In this text, the editors of the special edition “Verse, Prose, Drama and Fiction: Literature and Organizations” propose to make a brief journey, raising, in a non-exhaustive way, the production related to the provocative intercession between Literature and Organization Studies. From the problematization of art, which finds itself under pressure to deal with economics, the discussion evolves towards intersections between aesthetics and organizations, which precedes a discussion specifically dedicated to the relationship between literature and organizational studies. In this section, the discussion revolves around issues of narrative and fiction, possible dialogues based on cartoons, poetry and the novel. A brief mapping of national and foreign production is made and, in the last section, the special edition is presented.
