From the problematization of art, which finds itself under pressure to deal with economics, the discussion evolves towards intersections between aesthetics and organizations, which precedes a discussion specifically dedicated to the relationship between literature and organizational studies. In this section, the discussion revolves around issues of narrative and fiction, possible dialogues based on cartoons, poetry and the novel.
