While the course proposal form was being prepared, polyphonic Turkish music harmony books and works written with this harmony were examined and a lecture suggestion model was created as a result of the examinations made. Experiments were conducted with 12 students at the Kiev University Conservatory in Macedonia to determine the appearance of the course model in practice. Within 10 lesson hours, 5/8, 7/8 and 9/8 rhythms, Hicaz, Kürdi, Karcığar and Hüseyni sequences, quarto chord institutions and their cycles were taught and applications were made on the piano instrument. In addition, cognitive pre - test and post - test were applied for each topic, and arithmetic averages of the cognitive and application scores of the obtained data were analyzed. It was concluded that the cognitive teaching direction of the Turkish music education course model prepared according to the obtained data was high and the application teaching was moderate. Various suggestions have been developed in the direction of these results.İzzet YÜCETOKERFırat Universityarticlemusic educationpiano educationpolyphonic turkish musicquaternary harmonyteaching modelSocial SciencesHSocial sciences (General)H1-99DEENFRTRJournal of Academic Social Science Studies , Vol 11, Iss 69, Pp 23-36 (2019) |
