| Sumario: | The present work brings, initially, an incursion in the question of the necessity to remodel the institutions, mainly the State, which does not obtain to take care of the social demands of themodern society, marked for its complexity. And this is permeated by the waves that stimulatethe social hashings: crisis of the State, democratization, globalization and after-modernity. Ata second moment, the sprouting of the civil society is approached and third sector, as resultof the democratization process, as well as the possibility of such social path remodelling theinstitutions, in a context of a participating democracy, and it only could be reached with theproper democratization of the civil society, so that, a time propitiating the active participationof the citizens and social movements of diverse arrays, can influence and participate of thepower to decide process of the public politics of the State. The text aims to demonstrate ofthe civil society possibility, institution that composes the State, to breach with the paradigm of the representative democracy, complementing it with the one of the participating democracy,that extends the specter of public politics taking of decision. |
