In clinical finding dyspepsic and. abdominal syndromes were marked. Clinical manifestations were absent in 18 % of cases. Patients with metabolic urolithiasis have prevailing functional pathology of digestive organs and. children with dysmetabolic tubulointerstitial nephritis have inflammatory diseases of gastrointestinal tract.M.
