Sumario:In this research, the protective measures in the economic structure of the federation sought to be established in Cyprus and the issue of foreign aids have been addressed. From this point of view, the main purpose of the research is to show what the protective measures that must take place within the economic structure of the federal state will be, how they will function, the characteristic of the mechanism of action, and how the methods of receiving and using foreign aids can be. For reasons such as the acceptance of a single currency and the construction of a single tariffs wall following the establishment of a federal state, it is presumed that special measures and protective provisions can be implemented in order to eliminate the detrimental effects of the economy and to protect the federal state administered particularly by the Turkish community. Based on this, according to the new system to be established in Cyprus, it is believed that the economic relations between both federal states will first be subjected to a protective system of preferences for the particular amount of products and services and will be based on a limited free trade. The main purpose for such implementation is to protect the Cyprus Turkish industry and trade from domination and negative economic effects. Based on this fact, the research consists of three main sections. In the first section, what the protective measures within the economic system envisaged to be established in Cyprus can be have been observed. In the second section, the fundamental rights concerning the protection of the consumer in federal Cyprus have been evaluated. In the third and final section, the varieties of foreign aids and their functional characteristics according to the new system to be established have been addressed.
