The results of the research in relation to individual values showed that the values present at the team refer to motivational types benevolence, conformity and selfde termination. Regarding the level of organizational commitment, it was found that affective commitment is higher among the group surveyed, followed by normative commitment, and finally, the instrumental commitment. To verify the possible correlation between individual values and organizational commitment, it was used the Pearson correlation analysis between the two constructs. The results showed a significant positive correlation between commitment and motivational types hedonism and security.
