Analysis of the results of this research, SPSS has been used.The population of the research contains 106 primary school teachers who are 8 independent class in primary school in Mudurnu town ,in Bolu city,2011-2012 Educational Year .In the research ,It wasn’t used determining sample studying on population. In this research, A measurement tool developed by the researcher has been used to collect the data which consists of two sections ;one is personal information form and the other is the form consisting the perception of the morale in school environment. The data that applied to the teachears the measurement tool that forming the working groups of the research; SPPS has been installed for Windows 8 and ‘Cronbach (Alfa) coefficient’ has been found 88 that is calculated for internal consistency.
