Sumario:The purpose of this work is to analyze the concentration of the Argentine publishing market, based on an study of the relationships between the actors and the disputes that were carried out for the resources available in the local space. The objective is to understand the origin and development of the process and how it transformed the structure of the field, conditioning editorial practices and routines to this day, influencing the hierarchy of publishing genres and taking root in such a way that it has become one of the greatest obstacles to the guarantee of bibliodiversity.
