In Chinese history, there happened frequent supersession of dynasties, each of which was ruled by one or more families. Many revolutionaries and reforms were a process of deprivation of property by military force or by political power. Traditional Chinese culture was to a large extent been eliminated. Present Chinese legal system became a blended entity. Compared with economic law, far less change was introduced to the reform of the constitution and the political system. Furthermore, Chinese legal system has closely intertwined with governance style of individual leaders.
