Sumario: | This research aims to assess the perception of employees in terms of standards of ethical consci ousness in a private institution of higher education experienced in daily life, basing itself on the model of Arruda and Navran (2000). The methodological procedures used in this work are descriptive in nature and quantitative approach, whose questionnair e used was characterized as structured, containing 29 questions. Were consulted 207 respondents out of a total of 1280 people, which corresponds to 16.2% of the universe researched hierarchical level intermediary an institution of higher education of Paran á. Data analysis methods used was descriptive statistics, factorial analysis and linear regression analysis. The estimate for the linear regression analysis shows that the dimensions that most impact the dependent variable (perception) are: keys to succes s, ethical awareness of employees, communication and negotiation, whose probability values were below 5% statistical significance. As results, the study reveals that the ethical climate in this organization lies in stage significantly above average in the proposed study analysis model, and suggest that companies that act in a proactive way in social responsibility program tend to experience higher levels commitment of its employees. |
