The research analyzed the speeches, the procedures and practices developed during implementation of the program, and its impact on business entrepreneurs benefit. In methodological procedures terms, we adopt the observation, interviews and document research. The research covered the implementation of Prime in the scope of the coordination performed by the Technological Park of Paraíba, located in the city of Campina Grande.
