It analyzes them through Descriptive Statistics and proposes an alternative to break the vicious circle of physical and psychological punishment of those convicted of such crimes. As main results, there is an increase of more than 70% in residential robberies in the second biennium. Another crime of great incidence was the robbery of passersby.
