This means that children have been actively using technology since early childhood. Considering these, the importance of teachers' thoughts about the use and integration of technology in the classroom in early childhood is emerging. The aim of this study is to examine the ideas of teachers working in preschool education institutions about technology usage and integration of technology in the classroom. Method: In this study, in order to obtain appropriate data, a quantitative research method was used. The study was conducted with preschool teachers working in preschools in Ankara. General Information Form and Technology Integration Opinion Form of Preschool Teachers' were used as data collection tools. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20 software. Descriptive analysis is used in the statistics of data. Findings: When the findings of the study were examined, it was found that the majority of the teachers did not receive any training about the use and integration of technology in the classroom, but the majority of them used technological devices in their activities. While most teachers do not use any program to prepare activities, they still need an in-class internet connection. It was determined that teachers needed computers most of the technological tools. Although teachers find the use of technology necessary for children's learning and development, they find it inconvenient that children are intertwined with technology. Implications for Research and Practice: It is thought that this research will play an important role in promoting the use of healthy technology by revealing what educators think about the use and integration of digital technology with children.
