Also, the contemporary constitutions establish the fundamental principles related to the vital aspects of the existence of the society: economical, political, social, spiritual. In conditions of deep economic crisis, some aspects of social life, such as scientifi c and creation activities remain in shadow. Starting from this state of facts, this scientifi c approach refl ects the impact of the Constitution upon this segment of the spiritual life of the society.
