The purpose of this work is to review modern automated systems used in the construction sector for planning the organization’s resources and determine their main practical factors. Research methods: analytical and statistical method of analysis, system approach and generalization. The result of this work is to determine the critical factors for implementing a resource planning system in the construction industry.
