Uniaxial-strain control of nematic superconductivity in Sr x Bi2Se3
Nematic superconductors, exhibiting rotational-symmetry breaking, can form domains; a counterpart of common magnetic domains. Here, the authors report control of nematic superconductivity and their domains of Sr x Bi2Se3 by uniaxial deformation, a step toward superconductive domain engineering.
