| Sumario: | The article provides classification of factors influencing the quality of managerial decision-making. Principle attention is paid to interaction between corporate management and enterprise value in general. The author compares indicators, which to a great degree satisfy the needs of investors and owners of the company and methods of assessing the quality of corporate management. It is shown that in estimating the work of enterprise in general the indicator of the corporate management level plays an important role. The article proposes an approach of quantitative assessment of corporate management quality with regard to its impact on finance indicators of the company. |
