It is established, that at the development of necrotizing fasciitis and. myositis levels of bilirubin rnea intermediate mass molecules increase in blood, activity of alkaline phosphatase increases and the levels of the cm.de protein and albumin decrease. At the development of erysipelas and. cellulitis these indices were within normal values. Therefore these indices can be used for differential diagnostics of deep and. supeficial forms of streptococcal infections of soft tissues.A. P.
