Sumario:Currently issues related to improving the efficiency effectiveness of the procurement of goods, works, services to ensure openness and transparency in the implementation of procurement to prevent corruption and other abuses are resolved through the creation of the contract system in the procurement. The federal law from 05.04.2013 N 44-FZ «About contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs» occupy a special place issues related to procurement planning. Allocation of procurement planning of the common issues dealt with in the contract system, led to the specifics of the procurement organization as the document is supplemented with new flows of information requiring different than previously, identification, processing, structuring, evaluation and control. Contractual services of executive bodies of state power constantly feel the need to update the package of methodical maintenance of accounting, analytical and control processes in the area of planning. This article provides recommendations for procurement planning and internal control of the planning process in the executive bodies of state power.
