The federal law from 05.04.2013 N 44-FZ «About contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs» occupy a special place issues related to procurement planning. Allocation of procurement planning of the common issues dealt with in the contract system, led to the specifics of the procurement organization as the document is supplemented with new flows of information requiring different than previously, identification, processing, structuring, evaluation and control. Contractual services of executive bodies of state power constantly feel the need to update the package of methodical maintenance of accounting, analytical and control processes in the area of planning.
