Methods of toxoplasmosis laboratory diagnostics focused on DNA, toxoplasms’ antigens, IgM, IgA, IgG antibodies identification with avidity determination and Line-blot evidence have been elucidated. Liquor analysis specificity in cerebral damage in HIV patients and acquired toxoplasmosis has been reproduced. |
