| Summary: | an analisys 01 the implementation 01 the zero hunger program in 2003 and 2004 Abstract: The objective ofthis paper is to analyze the guidelines, priorities and operational structure ofthe Fome Zero(Zero Hunger) program, as well to identify howthe articulation of the State and Civil Society occurred. The referred governmental program implemented in Brazil in January 2003, had as purpose combating hunger in the country - ensuring access to food, internationally recognized human right. This article, bes ides documentary sources and bibliographic research uses the collected data cover Irom the period between 2003 and 2004. Concludes that the program secured spaces for dialogue among varíous social actors, who no longer act differently and decoupled. It still checks that the assumed speech 01 co- management of social policies addressing issues such as hunger in Brazil. |
