The article presents the results of production tests of the previously developed disinfection modes for refrigerators “Giponat BPO”. As a result of the production tests, it was found that the disinfectant “Hyponat BPO” provides 100% disinfection of refrigerated chambers, as well as auxiliary equipment at meat processing plants.
